Tameika Brumby is a photojournalist ,professional event photographer and the founder of Kick. 

With over 17 years of events coverage from her experience being appointed assignments as a freelance photo journalist of musicians and celebrities. Her photography has been published with print media throughout Australia including; The Adelaide Advertiser, Sunday Mail, Fairfax media across Western Australia's Southern Sector, Sydney Herald ,The Age and the Herald Sun, Melbourne, The Music, Warp Magazine.  

 

“I like to see musicians use photographs that are of commercial quality when they promote themselves. Considerations include; focus, clarity, body language, the environment, background, lighting, clothing, facial expression and it all needs to tell a story in order to communicate who this musician is to their potential audience. I need to know their style and who they are as an artist before I approach a job for promotional photographs."
